Option A: Symposium Co-Sponsor
This option provides the best opportunity at the Symposium for interaction with the delegation, and for profiling company products and services. Symposium Co-Sponsors may also present a 1.5 hr mid-day Power Lecture, and/or a 3.0 hr Saturday workshop (see below).

- $5,000 paid to VDDS (12′ x 9′ booth is $10,000)

Option B: Saturday Workshop Co-Sponsor
(hosting of a workshop)
Companies that have committed as a Symposium Co-Sponsor may choose to co-ordinate a Saturday workshop in collaboration with a presenter of their choice. The VDDS prefers that companies do not charge a fee to delegates for these workshops (negotiable).

- workshop space provided at the Symposium venues
- a captive audience from the delegation
Cost
- $1,500 paid to VDDS (This option available only to Symposium Co-Sponsors) (No charge to Co-Sponsors taking a double booth, $10,000)
- The Co-Sponsor covers all costs associated with the presentation of the workshop, including the presenter fee; VDDS provides a venue & participants.
How to propose a 3hr Saturday Workshop for the Symposium
Contact the VDDS, by email at info@vicdds.ca and provide the workshop title, presenter name(s), brief workshop description, brief presenter bio(s), maximum number of workshop participants, venue requirements (type of room; need for black-out; seating set-up), technical requirements (audio visual support; microphone preference; other staging props), and other support materials (web links, research articles, etc).
Option C: Social Program Co-sponsorship
To close the first day of the Symposium, delegates will gather in the meeting & vendor booth area to share the best of the day at the Wine Reception. On the second day, following the final panel discussion, delegates will dance and socialize at the Symposium Closing Gala. Following the Saturday workshops, many delegates will head out for a round of golf, a barbeque, and prize draws.
