Suggestion: If for some reason you are not certain that you will attend a program, please do not take the early registration option, as the cost at the door is only $25 more, which is less than loosing half or all of the early registration discounted fee (see cancellation comments below).

Unless otherwise noted above, the fee structure is as follows, and the early registration discounted fee is for those who register and pay one week prior to the event.

Cancellations received 96 hours prior to the event start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 96 hours of the event start time will be given a half course credit note, to be used within 6 months. Registrants who do not show up at the event pay full fee.

VDDS Dentist Member NA
Dentist (Non-VDDS Member) $325 ($300 early registration discounted fee)
Allied Dental Personnel
(CDA, Admin., DT, RDT) 		$115 ($ 90 early registration discounted fee)
Corporate Representative $145 ($120 early registration discounted fee)
Registered Dental Hygienist $145 ($120 early registration discounted fee)
