I would like to personally thank all those involved in creating this year’s outstanding continuing education program. Through the input of the VDDS Scientific Program Advisory Committee I believe you will find a collection of speakers and topics which will enrich your learning experience and take your dental skills to a higher level.

Time
Most courses are from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Please see the event times listed for each course in the activities section of this website. The registration desk opens at 7:45 AM and continues until all participants are registered.
Breaks
For full-day courses, there will be a 15-minute break in the morning and a hosted lunch, served by the Empress. Please see the lunch/meal times listed for each course in the activities section of this website.
Fees
Suggestion: If for some reason you are not certain that you will attend a program, please do not take the early registration option (see cancellation comments below).
Unless otherwise noted above, the fee structure is as listed below, and the early registration discounted fee is for those who register and pay at least three business days prior to the event.

Cancellation Comments: Cancellations received 96 hours prior to the event start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 96 hours of the event start time will be given a half course credit note, to be used within 6 months. Registrants who do not show up at the event pay full fee. Registrants with extraneous circumstances that prevent them from showing up may be eligible for a half course credit note, to be used within 6 months.
CE Credit Submission
Group CE forms may be signed at the registration desk on seminar days. As a courtesy, the Executive Coordinator will convey the forms to the College of Dental Surgeons of BC. Individuals are responsible for keeping records of their attendance at all CE events. The VDDS shall assume no responsibility for the CE records of any individual.
