VDDS Continuing Education: Scientific Programs

Message from the Scientific Director

It is my pleasure to welcome members and guests to the Victoria and District Dental Society’s Scientific Program.

I would like to personally thank all those involved in creating this year’s outstanding continuing education program. Through the input from the VDDS Scientific Program Advisory Committee, we have assembled a schedule of continuing education courses, which I know will be of benefit to you and your staff.

It is important that we provide our membership with the most current topics and keep them abreast of new developments. Our highly anticipated speakers this year will be sure to keep you up to date on dental materials, the newest in dental technology, and office management. I also look forward to presenting a very diverse program for 2016-2017, with topics that include cutting edge endodontics, PRF regeneration, restorative full mouth rehabilitation, nutrition, and cardiovascular disease. My goal is to present our society with a continuing education program that continually provides new skills and information, while keeping everyone excited about dentistry!

I would also like to thank our sponsors for their support. We would not be able to bring world class speakers to our membership without their assistance.

I look forward to continuing to serve as scientific director, and welcome feedback and input on courses you would like to have come to Victoria in the future.

Dr. Meredith Standridge, Scientific Director 2012–2017
