Dr. Chee will be covering two implant topics in a fast-paced, content-rich pair of lectures: Decisions for Extensively Damaged Dentition - will outline several considerations toward using implants for restoration instead of keeping teeth ravaged by decay, wear or periodontal disease. As an outcome of having participated in this part of the lecture, participants will have information to make the correct decision toward maintaining teeth or removing them in favour of implants; Guideline For Immediate Loading - will propose a matrix for deciding when to immediately load with risk and cost benefit analysis for each situation. As an outcome of having participated in this part of the lecture, participants will have learned to use a matrix for deciding when to safely load implants.
